5. Loosen the FIP gear mounting nut.
(As there is
no locking tool for FIP gear and the gear is
locked due to the timing belt in the position).
6. Keep the mounting nut loosely wound on the
HP pump shaft.
7. Relieve tension of the belt by adjusting the
auto tensioner.
8. Using the special flange
(part no. 2547 0713
7103)
for FIP gear removal, loosen the gear
from the HP pump.
9. Remove the FIP gear and its mounting
fastener.
10.Remove the front mounting bolt of the H.P.
pump.
