ii. REMOVAL OF EGR VALVE & OIL FILTER

1. Loosen and remove the mounting fasteners

and take out the EGR pipe assembly.

2. Disconnect the vacuum hose connected to the

EGR valve.

3. Loosen and remove the mounting fasteners

and take out the EGR valve.

4. Remove the oil filter using special tool.

5. Loosen and remove the oil filter adapter.

6. Remove oil cooler assembly.
