19. Remove three Hex FL Bolt M8X45.from inside
from front housing half.
20. Remove Hex FL Bolt M8X45 (13 nos).
21. Take out input shaft gear assembly, Lay shaft
gear assembly & reverse shaft gear assembly
as shown.
22. Unscrew hex Flange screw M8x22 & take out
reverse Lever bracket Assy. As shown
23. Remove the differential assembly along with
taper roller bearing from the housing front.
24. Remove oil seals of drive shaft from housing.
Replace it with a new one while
assembling.
25. Remove Outer race taper bearing of
differential from front housing with the help of
puller 5438 5980 2603.
