5. Place the shifter sleeve on engaging gear 5th
/ 6th such that the smaller groove is upwards
and assemble the carriers, springs and balls.
6. Place the synchro cone (3rd /4th /5th /6th) on
input shaft.
7. Place the needle cage on input shaft.
8. Place the 6th gear on input shaft.
9. Place the bush 6th gear on Input shaft.
ASSY DEEP GROOVE BALL BEARING WITH
LOCKING SCREW
1. Place and fit deep groove ball bearing (rear)
on input shaft using drift part no. 2870 5890
3256 with taper groove for Lock Plate in
upward direction.
2. Tighten the Assy with Locking screw M20 x
1.5.
