Assembly twin pipe with post silencer
The exhaust system of TATA ARIA consists of a
Close coupled catalytic converter, in order to reduce
the exhaust emission, pre- silencer, a main silencer
and a twin pipe with post silencer. The exhaust
pipes are supported using rubber hangers. Flange
joints are provided at each component to accom-
modate removal of each component individually.
The Close coupled catalytic converter is provided to
reduce the exhaust emission, whereas the silencers
are provided to dampen the sound of the exhaust
gases coming out of the engine.
