4. Disconnect the connecter (1) and then disconnect

the fuel lines i.e. Delivery line (2), Return Line (3)

and the Tank pressure valve line (4).

5. Loosen and remove the 6 mounting nuts.

6. Remove the locking ring.

7. Lift the in-tank pump carefully out from the tank.

FITMENT

Follow the reverse order of removal for fitment.

INSPECTION

Use multimeter to confirm that the resistance of the

fuel level sensor changes with the level of float posi-

tion.

Measure the resistance in pins B and C. refer next

page for values at different heights of the float.
