2.1.8.1.4.2 ON VEHICLE REPAIRS

A. POST SILENCER AND INTERMEDIATE PIPE

REMOVAL

1. Loosen and remove the mounting bolts

(1)

and

disconnect the two pipe assembly along with the

Post silencer from Intermediate pipe

(rear)

Re-

move the two rubber hanger and then take out

the twin pipe assembly along with post silencer.

2. Loose and remove the mounting bolts

(2)

from

main silencer end and remove the intermediate

pipe assembly.

FITMENT

For fitment follow the reverse procedure of removal.

B. PRE-SILENCER AND MAIN SILENCER

REMOVAL

1. Loosen and remove the Pre-silencer mounting

bolts

(3 Nos.) (1).

2. Remove the mounting bolts

(2)

from the other

end of Pre-silencer and take out the Pre-silencer

Assembly.

3. Disconnect the Intermediate pipe connection by

removing there mounting bolts & remove rubber

hangers

(3 Nos.)

take out the Main silencer as-

sembly.

FITMENT

For fitment follow reverse procedure of removal.
