20. Remove mounting bolts of dashboard (17
bolts (M6 x 16) + 1 nut)
21. Disengage 3 locators located on BIW plenum
panel brackets.
22.Remove the dashboard, while removing
Dashboard carefully disengage HVAC system
behind the glove box.
FITMENT
For fitment follow reverse procedure of the
removal.

COCKPIT REMOVAL (COMPLETE ASSY)
REMOVAL
1. Remove Door (For procedure refer Door
removal process in Door section.)
2. Remove two dashboard mounting bolts on LH
& RH side as shown in figure.
3. Remove steering wheel with Driver air bag (if
applicable) (For procedure refer steering wheel
removal process in steering section.)
4. Remove End Cap RH and pull out Driver lower
panel. Detached Nacelle Upper assembly from
Nacelle Lower & Cluster Cover (Gap Hider
which is a part of Nacelle Upper is attached to
Cluster Cover by rib locks)
5. Remove Nacelle Lower (by removing three
screws with steering column)
6. Remove nacelle Assembly. (For removal refer
steering column removal process in steering
section.)
