DIFFERENTIAL DISASSEMBLY:
1. Remove Outer race & Inner race of differential
side taper bearing with the help of puller 2657
5890 2801 & spacer 5438 5890 2604 along
with shims.
2. Remove Outer race taper bearing of
differential from front housing with the help of
puller 5438 5980 2603.
3. Remove Inner race of differential side taper
bearing with the help of puller 2657 5890
2801 & spacer 5438 5890 2604.
4. Remove sensing wheel.
5. Remove Dowell sleeve heavy 6x40 as shown
6. Push spider from differential housing.
7. Rotate bevel pinions by 900 and remove the
bevel pinions.
