TRANSMISSION

Mechatronic Removing Procedure:

1. Drain the transmission. See Fluid Drain & Oil

Pan Removing Procedure.

2. Remove the Oil Filter. See Oil Filter –Lip Seal

removing procedure.

IMPORTANT:

Special care on cover pump lip seal position.

Need to be as shown in picture.

3. Remove the vehicle connector: turn the lever

then pull the connector out of the sleeve.

4. Pull down the electrical connector slide lock

(1) to avoid damage to the connector.

6. Then remove the connector sleeve (2)

7. Remove only the bolts indicated (1 to 6). Bolt

–size –M5 X 73.

IMPORTANT:

Do not remove H10 socket bolts (6 No’s) & H7

socket bolts (10 No’s). Failure to comply with this

procedure will require a complete TEHCM re-

tightening torque sequence.

8. Remove Mechatronic.
