NOTE:

When Torque Converter is removed, transmission

oil flows out.

5. Remove the Input Shaft Seal O-ring by using

a screwdriver and discard.

6. Drip the new Seal O-ring in transmission fluid

and install on the input shaft.

Torque Converter Installing Procedure:

1. Place torque converter onto transmission

shaft, then push & turn it by hand into

converter housing until Converter is complete

inside the housing.

NOTE:

Insure O’ ring not damaged & properly installed.

2. Install the transmission in vertical position.

3. Check the distance between the top of the

housing and converter lugs with a caliper.

NOTE:

Distance (a) should be 13 mm minimum.
