DISMANTLING

1. Push the stopper upward and rotate the blower in

clockwise direction and remove the blower from

AC assembly.

2. Loosen and remove Philips head mounting

screws

(7 Nos.)

and take out the evaporator cas-

ing.

3. Loosen and remove mounting screws and take

out the flap.

4. Remove the evaporator assembly from the cas-

ing.

5. Take out the TXV in the same manner as that

removed in HVAC overhauling process.

INSPECTION

Refer the inspection points of AC system given for

front HVAC assembly.

ASSEMBLY

For assembly follow the reverse procedure of re-

moval.
