16.Loosen and remove allen screws (2 Nos.) of size-

4mm and take out the TXV.

WARNING

Compressor oil will be present in the evapourator, so

tilt the evapourator and collect the compressor oil in

an appropriate container to avoid spilling it acci-

dentally.

17.Remove the heater door.

18. Remove thermister from the evapourator.

CAUTION

Care needs to be taken while removing the ther-

mister from the evapourator assembly to avoid any

damage to the fins of the evapourator.

INSPECTION

Following points need to be checked before assem-

bling the HVAC system:

1. Check if the recirculating gate is working properly.

2. Check for clogged heater coils.

3. Check for dirt on the evaporator fins.

4. Check wire mesh for any dirt on them.

5. Inspect and lubricate blower bearings.

ASSEMBLY

For assembly follow the reverse procedure of re-

moval.



Before assembly clean the filter.



Before assembly of casing properly locate the

casing on the locator and then tighten the screws.
