4. Apply sealant (LOCTITE 5188) on ladder

frame.

5. Install bearing frame by tightening the

mounting bolts in proper sequence.

6. Install oil seal of cam shaft using special tool.

v. FITMENT OF TIMING BELT :

1. Install Rear cover oil seal using special tool.

2. Install crankcase rear cover with oil seal.

3. Install flywheel with mounting bolts. Lock the

flywheel by placing flywheel locking pin.
