Install connecting rod bearing caps with

mounting nuts.

iv. FITMENT OF CYLINDER HEAD ON

CYLINDER BLOCK :

1. Place the Cylinder Head gasket as shown.

NOTE



Ensure that the "TOP" mark on the gasket

is facing towards the intake manifold side

of the block.

Tighten the cylinder head mounting bolts from

the outer to inner, in

specified sequence

3. Install the exhaust and intake cam shaft by

aligning reference points on the gears as

shown.
