14.Loosen and remove the cap connector (1) of the
HP line at the common rail end and HP pipe
mounting bolt (2).
15.Loosen and remove the cap connector of the HP
line at the HP pump end and take out the same.
NOTE:
•
After removing the HP pipes cover the opening
with suitable caps.
•
Don’t use the HP lines once removed Use new
one at the time of assembly.
16.Loosen the bolts
(1)
and (2) and remove the dip-
stick pipe.
17.Remove the intake adaptor pipe with the flange
pipe.
18.Remove the coolant pipe by removing the bolt
(1)
from intake manifold and bolt
(2)
connecting it to
cylinder head.
19.Loosen the oil mist separator hose clips from air
intake pipe and cylinder head cover and remove
the hose pipes.
