4. Disconnect the hose connecting clutch master

cylinder by removing the clamp.

NOTE:

Collect the fluid from the fluid reservoir in a clean

container. OR Ensure that fluid does not fall from

the hose.

5. Disconnect the clutch master cylinder from the

clutch pedal by removing the spilt pin

(1)

and

clevis pin

(2).

6. Turn the CMC 45º in clockwise direction and

remove it from the bayonet adapter slots

NOTE

Be careful not to damage the master cylinder

body.

Check for rust and scoring of clutch hose.

FITMENT

1. Introduce the CMC into the bayonet adapter

hole through slots (matching the bigger slot of

CMC and bayonet adapter) and turn it 45º anti-

clockwise to tighten it.

NOTE

Be careful not to damage the master cylinder

body while fitment.

Ensure that CMC is not over tighten and also

not kept loose.

2. Push the pedal in order to align CMC pushrod

fixing hole and pedal fixing hole. Fix the CMC

push rod by fitting the clevis pin and split pin.

3. Connect the low pressure hose to CMC and

reservoir end and fix them with hose clamps.
