PRECAUTIONS
! CAUTION
•
Do not reuse the concentric slave cylinder and
clutch master cylinder mounting bolts.
•
Bleed the system only after complete
installation of hydraulic system and assembly of
clutch and flywheel.
•
Fluid drained from the system should be
discarded.
•
Any fallen and damaged parts should not be
reused.
•
Use of mineral oil in the vicinity of clutch
release system components should be avoided.
A. CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER
REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery connections
2. Remove the stone guard and drain the clutch
fluid from the hydraulic adapter.
(For procedure
refer clutch fluid draining procedure in this
section.)
3. Pull out the clip using a screw driver and
disconnect the high pressure line from clutch
master cylinder by pulling it out.
NOTE
After disconnecting the high pressure line, plug the
CMC opening with suitable cap to avoid entry of
any contaminants.
