7. Place the synchro cone first on the shifter sleeve,
with projected side facing downwards and
then place the second gear on it.
8. Fit the circlip in the slot.
NOTE:
Measure the gap between the second gear
and the circlip; it should be within 0.2 ~ 0.4mm.
9. Place the third gear on the circlip such that
the groove in its bottom (provided for circlip)
rests on the circlip
.
10. Place the fourth gear on the third gear.
11. Place the spacer on fourth gear.
