C. ASSEMBLY:

1. Fit the front half ball bearing using a suitable

drift.

2. Place the synchro cone on the third gear and

measure the gap. It should be within

1.15~1.40mm.

3. Place the third gear on the input shaft and fit

the circlip using special tool.

NOTE:

Measure the gap between the circlip and the

third gear. It should be within 0.2 ~0.4mm.

4. Assemble the spring, carrier and ball, along

with the engaging gear into the Shifter Sleeve

and 4

gear).

5. Place the Shifter sleeve assembly on the

shaft. The groove should be towards the

bearing side.

6. Place the synchro cone on the fourth gear

and measure the gap. It should be between

1.15~1.40 mm.
