1. AC OFF.
2. Fan 1 will run at full speed.
3. MIL is ON.
This DTC is gets logged
due to Bottom fan (Fan 2)
control circuit is open
circuit.
1. Check the fan control relay
connection.
2. Check electrical continuity.
3. Check ECU.
1. Check the fan control relay connection; Replace
supply relay if faulty. Confirm no faults by doing
actuator test.
2. Check electrical continuity; Follow electrical
continuity check procedure. Replace/rectify harness
if required.
3. ECU detects this fault in the primary circuit
(between ECU to fan relay) only. Secondary circuit
needs to be checked separately for possible short
circuit; open circuit etc.
4. Check and replace ECU still problem is persists.
5. Confirmatory check after rectification. Perform
Actuator test to ensure the problem is resolved. And
visually inspect Radiator fan is running in the
correct direction.
