ZONE 2.

M

1. Engine may have abnormal noise and

vibrations.

2. Check for cylinder 4 Injector.

3. MIL is OFF.

4. Look for fault in SPC disabled group.

This DTC is logged when

4th cylinder injector

learning does not happen

for 3000 km.

Check and confirm I3C

values in ECU.

1) Check I3C value is correctly fed in the ECU (by

comparing the I3C values written on the injectors

against I3C values visible in the diagnostics tool) if

not feed the correct I3C values in the ECU.

2) Re-write the I3C values in the ECU even if it's

correct.

3) Check correct clutch switch setting (Follow clutch

switch checking procedure given in checking

procedure under system data).

4) Check for presence of any of the P-codes (with

current status) in ECU memory and rectify before

proceeding further.

5) Do injector learning as per the defined

procedure.

4. Look for fault in SPC disabled group.

This DTC is logged when

2nd cylinder injector

learning does not happen

for 3000 km.

Fuel

temperature

sensor supply -

vext.

No critical effect.

Fuel temperature sensor

supply - reference voltage

fault.

1. Check for Reference

voltage 1 fault is present.

2. Check sensor connections

for rust dirt etc.

3. Check Intermediate

connector.

4. Check Electrical continuity.

5. Check ECU.

1. Follow Reference voltage 1 check and

rectification Procedure.

2. Clean the sensor connections and ensure proper

fitment.

3. Sensor voltage should be 5 V and resistance as

given is specifications. Replace sensor if found

faulty.

4. Follow Electrical continuity check procedure.

Replace/ Rectify Harness if required.

5. Replace ECU; if problem still persists.

Rail pressure sensor supply

- reference voltage fault.

1. Check for Reference

voltage 1 fault is present.

2. Check sensor connections

for rust dirt etc.

3. Check Intermediate

connector.

4. Visually check sensor.

5. Check Electrical continuity.

6. Check ECU.

1. Follow Reference voltage1 check and

rectification Procedure.

2. Clean the sensor connections and ensure proper

fitment.

3. Remove Intermediate connector between EMS

harness and vehicle wiring harness. Check for

terminal back out. Do necessary repairs reconnect

and check the fault.

4. Replace sensor if damaged.

5. Follow Electrical continuity check procedure.

Replace/ Rectify Harness if required.

6. Replace ECU; if problem still persists.
