Sensor

Reference

Voltage “C”

Circuit High.

No critical effect.

2.5V sensor Supply 2-Aux

Reference Voltage fault –

ADC.

1. Check the connection of

sensors supplied by

Reference voltage1 and

Reference voltage2.

2. Check sensor connections

for rust dirt etc.

3. Check ECU.

1. Follow Reference voltage1 and Reference

voltage2 check /rectification process.

2. Follow rectification process of concerned sensor

if faulty.

3. Replace ECU; if problem still persists.

Clutch Switch

Input Circuit.

L

1. No critical effect

2. EGR is disabled.

This fault gets logged;

when vehicle speed

exceeds 80 kmph (starting

from 0 kmph); and ECU

does not detect clutch

switch state change.(e.g. It

happens normally under

incorrect clutch switch

setting; open circuit / or

short circuit in clutch switch

circuit.).

1. Check clutch switch

connection.

2. Check 12V switch supply.

Check continuity and

corresponding fuse.

3. Check contact

functionality.

4. Check electrical continuity.

5. Check ECU.

1. Check clutch switch connection; Rectify switch

connection if faulty.

2. Check 12V switch supply. Check continuity and

corresponding fuse; Replace Fuse if continuity id

not there.

3. Check contact functionality; if contact problem is

present do necessary repair. Otherwise replace

clutch switch.

4. Check electrical continuity between ECU to

clutch switch connector as per circuit schematic.

5. Check ECU; Replace ECU; if problem still

persists.

6. Confirmatory check after rectification -

a) Press clutch physically and check if the clutch

switch state is changing in the diagnostic tool.

AMF sensor

global fault.

M

1. MIL is ON.

2. Probable loss of power and black smoke.

3. EGR is disabled.

This fault is raised if either

of the following faults are

rises.

1) F_M_Amf_Sensor_Fault

2) F_M_Amf_grad_Fault

3) F_M_Amf_plau_Fault.

1. Check for faults P0102;

P0103; P1100.

2. Check inlet air circuit for

clogging; wrong

assembly/fitment etc.

1. Check for faults P 0101; P0102; P0103; P 0104;

P0642; P0643; Follow rectification process for the

faults before proceeding further.

2. Check for electrical continuity between ECU to

AMF connector as per circuit schematic and rectify

electrical discontinuity if noticed.

3. Check inlet air circuit for clogging; wrong

assembly/fitment etc. Clean the inlet air circuit and

remove any clogging.

4. Check for AMF sensor functionality if problem

identified replace the AMF sensor.

5. After rectification ensure the following before

handing over to customer.

a) Check the Air mass flow sensor reading at

ignition key on shows 636 mg/st.

b) When the engine is at idle. Air mass flow

reading should be between 500 mg/st to 600

mg/st

c) When the engine is at fly-up Air mass flow

reading should be between 700 mg/st to 800

mg/st.
