4.8. FRONT DOOR
REMOVAL
1. Remove electrical connection of door wiring
harness.
2. Remove the check strap.
NOTE
Before fitting the check strap apply grease on it.
Grease type (Maker, Type): KLUBER, POLYLUB
801. Regreasing interval: 6 Months or 10,000km
within.
3. Support the door from the below and remove
Hinge locking clip between the hinges and lift
off the door and four mounting bolt from door
side.
4. Slowly pull out the door and pull out the wiring
harness carefully which was disconnected
earlier.
FITMENT
For fitment follow the reverse procedure of
removal.
NOTE
“For Side door Rattling Noise, Door Latch and
striker setting need to be done & maintain 1 mm
under flush condition.”
