8. Pull out the bumper edges from the wheel
arch.
9. Take care that the hood seal is removed for
easy removal of bumper.
10.Disconnect the electrical connections.
FITMENT
For fitment follow the reverse procedure of
removal.
2.10 FRONT DOOR
REMOVAL
1. Remove electrical connection of door wiring
harness.
2. Remove the check strap.
NOTE
Before fitting the check strap apply grease on it.
Grease type (Maker, Type): KLUBER, POLYLUB
801. Regreasing interval: 6 Months or 10,000km
within.
3. Door needs to be dismantle by removing below
shown bolt (door side only).
4. Slowly pull out the door and pull out the wiring
harness carefully which was disconnected
earlier.
