6. Remove electrical connection of window
winding motor.
7. Remove Window regulator rail with Motor
assembly from Door assembly.
8. Remove three mounting bolts of window
winding motor (Tightening torque - 0.4 - 0.45
Kg-m)
9. Remove the motor assembly with gearbox
from the rail.
FITMENT
For fitment follow the reverse procedure of
removal.
NOTE
During fitment of front door glass first fit the
window winding motor.

REAR DOOR
REMOVAL
1. Remove the “B” pillar trim.
(For procedure refer
“B” pillar trim removal process.)
2. Remove electrical connection of door wiring
harness.
3. Remove the check strap.
NOTE
Before fitting the check strap apply grease on it.
Grease type (Maker, Type): KLUBER, POLYLUB
801.
Regreasing interval: 6 Months or 10,000km within.
4. Open the front door, support the rear door from
below and dismantle door by removing shown
bolt (door side only).
