Trouble Shooting:-
DTC’s confirmation:-
After rectification, ensure the following points before handing over the system to the customer.
a)
Max Front Defrost shall be ON when requested.
Is DTC
B1F37-23 is
Present?
Check for Max Front Defrost
Request button functionality.
Check the Max Front Defrost
shall be ON by pressing Max
Front Defrost button
Is Max Front Defrost
button stucked?
Check and lubricate switch if still the Max
Front Defrost button is stucked then
replace control panel.
Clear the DTC from the ECU
memory.
Turn Ignition OFF & ON.
Check the Max Front Defrost
functionality by pressing Max Front
Defrost button
Stop
Stop

Turn ON Ignition.
Connect the TML Diagnostic Tool.
Check the status of DTC’s (Memorized/Current)
Record the DTC & Clear DTC’s
Turn Ignition OFF & ON
Verify If DTC B1F37– 23 is present
