Trouble Shooting:-

Is DTC

B1F38 -23 is

Present?

Check for Rear Defog Request

Button functionality.

Check the Rear Defog Request

shall be change by pressing

Rear Defog button

Is Rear Defog

button stucked?

Check and lubricate switch if still the Rear

Defog button is stucked then replace

control panel.

Clear the DTC from the ECU memory.

Turn Ignition OFF & ON.

Check the Rear Defog Request shall

be change by pressing Rear Defog

button

Stop

YES

Turn ON Ignition.

Connect the TML Diagnostic Tool.

Check the status of DTC’s (Memorized/Current)

Record the DTC & Clear DTC’s

Turn Ignition OFF & ON

Verify If DTC B1F38 – 23 is present
