Customer Symptom

Control Panel Request Button cannot be manually

selected

Fault Effects (On Vehicle)

The Control Panel switch is stuck and Control panel is

not turning off.

Lamp Status (If Any)

No Limphome

Fault Detection Condition

Control Panel Request Button -Signal Stuck Low

Normal Operating Condition

When the Control Panel button is pressed. CCM shall

be switched off.

Probable Trouble Area

OFF switch component failure.

Healing Condition

Check and lubricate switch, replace control panel

Component Details:

OFF switch Button is shown in above image. The user shall be able to OFF the complete control panel when the

OFF button is pressed.

Preliminary Checks:

Switch On the IGN & perform the following check.

1) Connect the Diagnostics tool & check the DTC fault code

2) If the fault code exists, refer the corrective actions
