F. FRONT OUTPUT SHAFT AND YOKE

1. Holding the end yoke with the yoke holder

(Part

no. 2870 5890 2601)

remove the nut

(1)

and

washer

(2)

2. Pull out the front yoke assembly

(3)

with the

standard tool.

3. Remove the output shaft

4. Press out deflector from the yoke only if

replacement is required.

5. Remove oil seal from the case using seal driver

6. Remove the retaining ring and then remove the

bearing. using suitable puller

7. Remove the dowel pins from transfer case, if

required.
