8. Loosen three mounting screws and take out

the latch.

ASSEMBLY:

For assembly follow reverse procedure of removal.

H. TAIL GATE

I. TAIL GATE

REMOVAL:

1. Open the tail gate.

2. Disconnect the tail gate wiring harness located

inside the “D” pillar trim and pull out the wiring

harness from outside

3. Disconnect the high mounted stop light

electrical connection.

4. Remove washer nozzle connection.

5. Pull halfway the metallic clip present on ball

pin socket and take out the gas balancer.

Follow the same procedure at other end.
