5. Remove the check strap.
6. Open the front door, support it from below and
remove door hinges. Pull out the rear door
electrical wiring and take out the rear door.
ASSEMBLY:
For assembly follow the reverse procedure of
removal.
VIII.
REAR OUTER DOOR LOCK:
REMOVAL:
1. Remove the rear door trim.
(For procedure
refer door trim removal process which is same
as that of front door trim removal.
)
2. Remove the outer door cap of the rear door.
3. Remove the gripper of rear door outer handle.
4. Remove the screw of door outer handle
.
5. Disconnect the link of door handle from the
bracket and take out the outer door handle
bracket from the door shell.
ASSEMBLY:
For assembly follow reverse procedure of removal.
