8. Take out the brake assembly from axle shaft.

9. Put the bearing holder on the bottom locator

install bearing removal

adaptor (Part No.

287058903506)

and press down the bearing to

remove from the bearing holder.

NOTE

The force of 700Kgf to 1500Kgf is required for

removal and fitment of bearing from bearing

holder.

It is recommended not to use bearing once

removed from axle shaft and if grease is

spilling out from bearing.

ASSEMBLY

CAUTION

The use of non-original equipment for

replacement of a part is not recommended as

their use may cause unit Failure and/ or affect

vehicle safety.

1. Place the bearing housing on base plate,

install the bearing and bearing pressing dolly

(Part No. 287058903507)

and press down the

bearing into bearing housing.

2. Install the bearing housing on the brake

assembly. Pull up the brake assembly bolt

through bearing housing flange hole and put

the nut on it and tighten it by hand.
