2.8 ENGINE OVERHAULING :( ON OVERHAUL
STAND)
A. Engine Dis-assembly :
I. Removal of Intake Manifold :
1. Remove Filter along with snorkel.
2. Remove compressor and mount the bracket.
3. Keep the engine on bench suitably.
4. Remove Spring Band Clamp.
5. Remove the Rubber hose from Head cover
OCV to Intake manifold.
6. Remove Electronic Throttle Body.
7. Remove the Fuel Rail along with the injectors.
8. Unscrew the injector fastener.
