15. Loosen and remove the C mount bolt.
16. Remove the B mount bracket fastener (holding
the B mount bracket to B mount).
17. Release the support holding the transaxle
and lower it carefully.
5. TRANSAXLE DISMANTLING:
1. Remove the all electrical connections.
2. Remove the AMT kit for procedure refer “AMT
KIT removal and refitment”.
3. Remove the clutch actuator lever assembly,
for procedure refer, “CLUTCH ACTUATION
MECHANISM OVERHAUL”.
4. Unscrew and remove the 2No’s of bolts on the
front half housing.
5. Unscrew and remove the 3 No’s of M10 bolts
on the ‘B’ mount bracket.
6. Unscrew the top cover bolts and remove the
top cover with it assembly.
NOTE:
Ensure that the shifter shaft is in neutral
position before disassembly.
