This DTC gets logged due
to cylinder balancing fault
caused by Cylinder 3
Injector.
1. Check the cylinder for
leaks.
2. Check the inlet ducts for
blockages if any.
3. Check tappet condition &
valve setting.
4. Check the pressure
checking fault section for the
injector diagnostics.
5. Check ECU.
1. Check for P0203 (injector 3 OC); P1203 (injector
3 SC) and follow their rectification procedure for
resolving this fault.
2. Check the 3rd cylinder for leaks; if noticed
Perform necessary action/repair work to arrest the
cylinder leaks.
3. Ensure Cylinder 3 Injector connector connected
to the Injector.
4. Check the inlet ducts for blockages if any; clean
the duct and check for EGR operation.
5. Check tappet condition & valve setting; perform
the necessary repairs in case of any problem.
6. Check the pressure checking fault section for the
injector diagnostics; Replace Injector if faulty.
7. Check ECU; if problem persists; replace the
ECU.
8. Final check after rectification. Run the engine at
idle for some time and check this DTC is not re-
appearing.

to the Injector.

Condition.
Loss of power / black smoke. Boost pressure mismatch.
1. Check boosts sensor
connection for oxidation or
damage.
2. Ensure correct connection
of VGT connector to VGT-
EVRV.
3. Check Boost leakage.
4. Check intake circuit
(Intake manifold; air filter
etc.) for blockages.
5. Check turbocharger.
6. Check ECU.
1. Clean the rust dirt etc. and refit the connector
properly.
2. Ensure that correct EVRV connection.
3. Ensure Proper hose fitment and tight clamps to
ensure leakages.
4. Clean blockages in the intake circuit; if any.
5. Replace Turbocharger if faulty.
6. Replace ECU.
