B1012 – 00

- Belt Pretension Deployment Crash no sub type information (follow the

below process)

i.

Clear DTC. Turn OFF & ON Ignition & Check for DTC’s (at least 2 to 3

times).

ii.

Send the diagnostic request “14 FF FF FF” & check whether NRC 22 is

received?

iii.

If NRC 22 is received, replace the Airbag ECU (

as per ECU replacement

procedure

).

iv.

Send the old ECU to TML QA team for analysis.

B1013 – 00

- Side Deployment Crash no sub type information (follow the below process)

i.

Clear DTC. Turn OFF & ON Ignition & Check for DTC’s (at least 2 to 3

times).

ii.

Send the diagnostic request “14 FF FF FF” & check whether NRC 22 is

received?

iii.

If NRC 22 is received, replace the Airbag ECU (as per ECU replacement

procedure)

iv.

Send the old ECU to TML QA team for analysis

B1014 – 00

– Crash Recorder Locked no sub type information follow the below process)

i.

Clear DTC. Turn OFF & ON Ignition & Check for DTC’s (at least 2 to 3 times).

ii.

Send the diagnostic request “14 FF FF FF” & check whether NRC 22 is

received?

iii.

If NRC 22 is received, replace the Airbag ECU (as per ECU replacement

procedure)

iv.

Send the old ECU to TML QA team for analysis
