12. Read the Vehicle Manufacturer Spare Part Number from ECU (22 F1 87) and compare it with
server data.
13. Read the ECU Application Software Number from ECU (22 72 41) and compare it with server
data.
14. ECU data writing as per VC:
a. Go to extended session (10 03) & Get the security access for the SRS (Airbag) ECU with
the dll (using production key in build in service tool).
Write VIN (Vehicle Identification number - $2E F190 Data) inside the ECU
(VIN as read in
step 9)
b. Write the ECU installation date ($2E F19D Data – should be in yymmdd format) inside
the ECU.
c. Write the Parameterization number ($2E 7244 Data) inside the ECU as per VC
(VC as
read in step 11)
d. Check whether the Firing is enabled or disabled using the service 22 40 13 (00 – Firing
enabled, FF – Firing disabled).
If Firing is enabled, display the Warning and stop the EOL
sequence for Airbag ECU.
e. Write the correct configuration ($2E 4010 Data) inside the ECU as per VC number
(Please refer to Parameterization number
in Look up table or as per R16 server
).
f. Select the correct calibration
ID
($2E 4011 Data) as per the VC number (Please refer to
Parameterization number
in Look up table or as per R16 server
).
g. Select the correct PADI Switch Configuration ($2E 4018 DATA) as per the VC number
(Please refer to Parameterization number
in Look up table or as per R16 server
).
