24.Remove one screw at front of BCM.
25.Remove all wiring harness connections.
26.Remove solar load sensor mounted near
demisting vents.
(If applicable). (For procedure
refer solar load sensor removal process in
HVAC section).
27.Disengage three locators located on BIW
plenum panel brackets and two locaters at
front ends.
28.Remove the dashboard, while removing
Dashboard carefully disengage HVAC system
(If applicable)
behind the glove box.
FITMENT
For fitment follow reverse procedure of the
removal.
9.2.4 CROSS CAR BEAM WITH COCKPIT
ASSEMBLY REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery terminals.
2. Remove the front doors LH and RH both.
(For
procedure refer front door removal process).
3. Remove steering column universal joint
mounting bolt and disconnect the joint.
4. Remove floor console assembly.
(For
procedure refer floor console removal
process).
5. Pry out the push rivet and take out the RH side
valance panel.
