All-Wheel Drive Transmission Installing
Procedure:
1. Install the transmission on Hanger of Lifting
Gear Box (287058902616).
2. Install the rear mount on transmission.
3. Tighten the 6 rear mount transmission screws
to tightening torque 5 to 6kgfm specifications.
4. Install the Speed-sensor.
5. Tighten the speed sensor screw (2) to 1kgfm
tightening torque.
6. Install the transmission on transmission
support jack and secure it with the safety
chains.
7. Tilt slightly the transmission 4° to 4.5°
inclination angle converter housing keep
upside.
8. Remove the converter stopper plate.
