TRANSMISSION

Rear Wheel Drive Transmission Removing

Procedure:

1. Place the Vehicle on the hoist, Apply the hand

brake.



Transmission Selector in Park Position –P



Ignition “OFF”

2. Lift the vehicle to access to the transmission.

3. Remove the main transmission protection.

4. Loosen the 2 bolts at the middle and the 3

bolts at the rear of the exhaust system by

using a H12 wrench, and remove the middle

exhaust system.

5. Loosen the 2 bolts at the front of the catalyst

by using a H12 wrench and remove the

catalyst.

6. Loosen the screws and remove the vent tube

system.

7. Loosen the 3 starter motor screws by using

an H14 wrench and remove the starter motor.

8. Turn the crank pulley using a H19 wrench

CLOCKWISE ONLY until the first screw is

visible in starter hole.

9. Loosen the screw by using a H14 wrench.
