31. Flip the gearbox.
32. Fit the shifter dogs on corresponding shifter
shafts with help of spiral pin.
33. Control dimension is to be measure as per
shim selection procedure as given below:
A. To achieve the control dimension 112.25 +/-
0.05 mm is for highlighted parts as shown
below.
B. Measure the combined width of 5th gear main
shaft, spacer, 6th gear main shaft and lock
plate (reverse gear).
C. THICKNESS OF SPACER (X ) = 112.25 - C.
D. Select the spacer thickness of measured
dimension (X) to be inserted in the main shaft.
34. Control dimension is to be measured as per
shim selection procedure below:
A. To achieve the control dimension 68.75 +/-
0.05 mm is for highlighted parts as shown
below.
