TRANSFER CASE

10.Remove clutch coil from the cover.

11.Pull out the needle bearing from the cover

12.Scrape Clean and remove the sealant of the

cover and case. Be careful not to damage the

metal surface.

C. LOCKUP SHIFT ASSEMBLY

1. Remove clutch housing from output shaft.

2. Slide both lock up assembly along with the

lock up fork from output shaft.

NOTE

If required separate fork assembly and remove the

two shift fork facing from the shift fork assembly.
