Recharging Compressor Oil in the system.

Compressor oil in the system tends to mix with

refrigerant and flow in the system. A portion of this oil

always remain in components like evaporator,

condenser etc.

While changing a new compressor, flush the system

with nitrogen gas to remove any oil left in the system.

This will prevent reduction of cooling efficiency due to

excess oil in the system.

If replacing condenser add approximately 40 cc oil.

If replacing evaporator, add approximately 40 cc oil.
