9. R/D Bottle: Fig. 35
1. Discharge the system refrigerant.
2. Remove the inlet/outlet pipes.
3. Remove the bolts on the R/D mounting brackets.
4. Replace the R/D bottle.
5. Re-fix the inlet/outlet pipes respectively.
6. Re-Charge the system.
Note :
Do not leave the R/D bottle unplugged
10. Refrigerant Pipe Lines : Fig. 36
1. Discharge the system refrigerant.
2. Unscrew the pipe joints and remove the pipes
that need to be changed.
3. Replace the pipe.
4. Tight the joints properly so that there is no
leakage.
5. Re-Charge the system.
