4 DLT ENGINE
Remove inlet manifold connected to turbocharger.
Remove oil inlet and oil outlet pipe connected to
turbocharger. Refer figure 27.
Remove turbocharger shield.
Remove turbocharger exhaust elbow. Refer figure 28.
Take out turbocharger assembly. Refer figure 29.
Turbocharger should be stored with all openings
covered suitably to prevent entry of foreign matter.
If EGR is fitted
Remove EGR pipe mounting nuts À & Á from
exhaust manifold. Refer Fig. 30
Remove EGR valve mounting nuts  & à from inlet
manifold and take out EGR assy.
