3.3 FRONT WASHER WITH DRIP WIPES.

3.3.1 Description

When front wash operation is activated, the wiper shall be operated by the BCM for a pre-configured number

of times with the washer pump switched ON. Once the wash switch input is not present then the BCM shall

perform the pre-configured number of wipes after wash and then after a pre-configured time the drip wipe

shall occur i.e. wait for some time and one last wipe to clear water droplets (Drip wipe).

3.3.2 Conditional Requirements

Activation –

• IGN is ON &

• Front Washer is activated

Deactivation –

• IGN is OFF or

• Front Washer is deactivated or

• Pre configured wipes are provided

On Fault –

BCM logs respective DTC.
