5. Carefully assemble the inner and outer pad
assemblies respectively and ensure the free to
and fro movements of pads.
6. Re-install the caliper in the carrier.
NOTE:
Re-install the caliper in the carrier, screw the
banjo bolt (with copper gasket) to the
recommended torque, then release the hose
clamp, do bleeding operation and check for
correct function of the caliper parts, ensure no
drag and frictional noise.
7. Assemble the wheel again.
6.13.2 REMOVAL OF FRONT BRAKE DISC
1. Position the vehicle on two post lift and remove
front wheel/s by removing wheel mounting
nuts.
2. Remove two bolts of brake caliper assembly.
Release caliper assembly and tie aside clear off
from brake disc.
CAUTION:
Do not allow caliper to hang on brake hose as
it may damage the hose.
3. Remove brake disc screws (02 nos.) securing
brake disc to the hub.
4. Pull off the brake disc.
