B. COOLANT TANK REMOVAL

1. Drain the coolant,

(For procedure refer “Coolant

Replacement” in Engine maintenance section)

2. Disconnect the vent tube

(1),

the degassing tube

(2)

and loosen and remove the Coolant tank

mounting bolt

(3).

3. Lift the coolant tank and disconnect the hose

clamp

(1)

and remove the bottom hose

(2)

and

take out the coolant tank.

FITMENT:

For fitment follow the reverse order of removal.

C. RADIATOR FAN SHROUD REMOVAL

1. Drain the coolant and remove the Coolant tank.

(For procedure refer “Coolant Replacement” in

Engine maintenance section)

Disconnect the electrical connections to the radia-

tor fan.

3. Press the snap

(1)

and lift the shroud protrusion

(2)

by lifting the shroud from the mount

(3)

which

is a part of the radiator.

4. Pull out the shroud from the top.

FITMENT

For fitment slide the shroud into the mounts till it

snaps at the top mounts.
