7. Remove bonnet latch reinforcement cover

removing the bolts.

8. Remove the bolt

(1)

of oil mist separator with

bracket and place the oil mist separator properly

for easy removal of radiator.

9. Loosen and remove the Radiator top mounting

screw

, along with the washer

(2)

and grommet

(3)

of both sides.

10.Tilt the radiator inwards and lift the radiator and

condenser assembly from the grommet

(1)

on the

bottom mounts, both LH and RH simultaneously.

11.After removing the radiator and condenser as-

sembly out, separate the condenser from the

radiator, refer Condenser removal process.

FITMENT

For fitment follow the reverse order of removal.

Tighten the following fasteners to the recommended

torque.

Refer engine tightening torque section.

Radiator top mounting

M10 bolt– (4.6 Kg-m)

•

Refrigerant lines on condenser

M6 bolt– (0.9 ~ 1 Kg-m)
